LKVerify (Pvt) Ltd provides background verification and screening services to businesses. All services are performed in accordance with applicable laws and the specific scope agreed with the client. Reports are based on information available from verified sources at the time of the check.

3. Use of reports

Verification reports are provided for lawful employment and compliance purposes only. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of reports complies with all applicable employment, data protection and anti-discrimination laws.

4. Client obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting checks.
• Obtain any legally required authorisations before initiating screening.
• Use reports responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
• Keep login credentials and report access secure.

5. Limitation of liability

LKVerify (Pvt) Ltd strives for accuracy, but verification results depend on third-party sources. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information received from clients and candidates as confidential. We disclose information only to the extent necessary to perform the requested checks or as required by law.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
